My complaint:
Ordered set of lights for motorcycle. After shipping the order was only $5 cheaper than Amazon. By the way, it advertised ‘free shipping’ but shipping was charged when I checked out. Today I went to account to check on status of order learned that expected delivery date Sept. 5, 2020 There was no indication when I was placing the order that it would take over 2 months to get it. Went to customer support and was dictated which questions I could ask and learned that I only had 8 hrs after placing order to cancel.
Suggested solution:
They should cancel order.
