My complaint:

My name is Mrs Moira Koen

Dispite ordering and paying through Pay Pal for goods on 3 occasions starting before the Covid-19 lockdown, I received dates from Wish as to when to expect delivery nothing has happened.
Not a single item has been delivered.
I totally understand that the Covid-19 has, had a major inpact on your estimated delivery dates.
However you sent me emails saying that my orders have been shipped.
I see so many beautiful things on your site that I would like to order but now we have a trust issue.
So I would like re assurance that my orders are actually going to arrive or alternatively a refund. The total is in excess of R30000 SouthAfrican Rands
