My complaint:

I have a DCS case that’s been going on for over a year now fighting to get my three children back with my fourth my newborn in my home.when it comes to visitations and progress or changes visitation which is through Bowen Center the DCS director which Has to Make the changes on her and never called back.which just causes issues with progression with visitation For Reunification. This problem is causing my case to go slower and I know I’m not the only one.But this is a serious matter

Desired solution:

Doing something about the DCS director at Bowen Center to do her job or find someone that will answer clients and help with the progression of their situation
