My complaint:
I ordered an item and then returned it 2 weeks ago and I still have not being refunded. I tracked the returned item and it actually showed that it was received a couple of days after I returned it. I sent a couple of emails to Cocosa but no response.
Suggested solution:
I just want my money refunded back to me.
No response from this company, very frustrating
Still no response about my refund from this company.
