My complaint:
Didn’t get there until midnight paid $130 and it was worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.. I have stayed at $40 hotels that were 10 times better…. My wife dropped her phone and went to pick it up and ended up touching a open condom wrapper.. How nasty is that m there was stuff on counters. The floors were nasty. The room smelled.. Everything looked like it hasn’t been dusted or wiped off in weeks.. I told the manager or the man up front and all he said was sorry.. I paid $130 didn’t even check in until almost. Midnight. By 11:10 the following morning they were beating on door telling me I had 10 mins and they are really rude by the way..
Suggested solution:
I would like for them to give me my money back.. That's unacceptable for my wife to touch a CONDOM wrapper and a hotel room that costs again a $130 dollers to be so nasty.. And the condom was the worst thing I've ever experienced at a hotel. Soo disgusting.. And they need to learn how to be polite . I need my money back that's the least they can do..
