My complaint:

I was denied a refund because I ordered on the app and didn’t realize the location changed on me. I called immediately to cancel the order as well. This happened to me one time before at a different location and no questions asked I hot my refund. I am a loyal subway customer and after how much I spend there I should get a refund.
