My complaint:
Signed up for palliative care summer of 2018. Was visited by N.P. twice. Asked about pain relief which is their goal. Never heard back. Emailed them to see if I was still enrolled and try to get service but got no response from agape whatsoever.
Suggested solution:
Just to get a response. I have signed on to another company and they have been wonderful.whole purpose of palliative care is to be comfortable while dealing with cancer and other disease. So patient can lead somewhat of a life. I had the worst year and was constantly in pain or sick. I think it\'s uncontiable to advertise their service only to be neglected.
