My complaint:
I saw a perfect gift or my wife on the website of Shoshunshop.com. The gift was for Valetines Day. I ordered a Rose bear on February 1st, with the hopes of it arriving before or on Feb. 14. Valentines Day passed without me recieving my purchase. I contact the website by email, and it was told to me that sorry it takes orders a month to be filled abd shipped out. I understood they have thousands of orders to fill. But I no longer need or want the bear so I just ask for my money back. It was then informed to me that my order was filled and my money could not be refunded. The date was Feb. 14 when I got this email about not refunding me my money. Its now Monday February 25. An order that was filled and shipped on Feb. 14 has not still arrived. I need help getting my money back. Please!
