My complaint:
This is me doing this for my mum my mum one 500 spins on coin master collection off the keys on the competition when she won it lost connection so we cleared cache and data then reinstalled game still nothing we have sent 5 emails the last 3 days still nothing it’s not on I also play this game and I pay a fortune on my game and if u dont solve my mums issue I will come off the game and I also make sure she does with all my family and friends so I hope you can take this seriously and repair thos issue she would be most grateful has other than this issue your game is great but if she cant get stuff that she is ment to receive there wouldn’t be any point going any further on this game

Please give my mum the 500 spins she is entitled to and try update your game so this doesn't keep happening please do not ignore thos one like the rest of the messages that have bin sent
