My complaint:

Just like the other complaints, I made an order and never reiceved my package.
The order was delivered and I emailed them back instantly to let them know it had not been delivered yet. They responded, very ly, stating it was marked as delivered and to ask neighbors or to check around my local post offices, that it may be delayed a little longer as they’ve sometimes seen.
I waited a week to no avail. I emailed them back and they never responded. I waited another week or so for a response and never recieved one. So I contact them on their Instagram and Facebook and still have not recieved a response from them on any platform.
Edit: they finally responded via Facebook messenger when I had stated that I was going to contact my credit card provider about the payment, but they word for word said the same thing in the first email. (It says it was delivered Jan 02nd at 8:53pm, weve been it take a few more days, be sure to check around etc.)

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I am hoping to reiceve my package that I paid for. If not I would like a refund. I only spend the $14 (the cost for shipment, as it was a free rainbow brush promotion and I bought two), but it was still a purchase of a product that I expect to be accommodated for.
