My complaint:
Have ordered 2 items 2 months ago. Have not received anything. The company does not answer e-mails sent through the link offered on their website. There is no info on the order’s progress or shipping info provided, so I guess I have to assume that this was a hoax.
Suggested solution:
At this point, I'll require the full refund.
