Formby Hall Golf Resort complaint: Never profided what they said

My complaint:

3031st March are party of 7 went for an over night stay 7 off us under Fitzpatrick my sisters neice and my 78 year old mum it was really busy took us 20min to book in we then only had 10min x7 treatment night time went down for r meal was charged £10 over was told that they had not closed till down next morning 4 were in one room and 3 in the other room we had one pot of tea between 3 off us no cups 2 knifes and forks and breckfast was cold phoned down for a knife fork and cups were told they would send them up were still waiting for them went for afternoon tea luckily we were paying cash we were over charched £35×3 for 3 bottles of champagne that we never had they told us the same thing they had not closed till down I’ve phone email spoken to Lucy higgens and Georgia Whealinwho have offered us 25% of r next visit I’ve also sent a letter to the manager Mr Andrew Pyle recorded delivery and he has just blanked me out

I don\'t see why I and members of my family have to pay 175% of r money to receive a service we should of received in the first place how many other people have been over charged and will not be able to get there money back
