My complaint:
i order subway online and then went to the store to pick it up when i got to the store the girl said the oven wasnt working she didnt have any of the bread and didnt have cheese we ordered and didnt have some of the toppings we ordered online… so i asked for a refund and she told me she could do refunds only a manger could.. so the girl called the manger and asked what we should do and the manager told her that we had to take whatever sub she makes us because they aint given no refund
Suggested solution:
give me my $13.68 back thats how it should be resolved because i never got anytime
