My complaint:

I am not happy with the customer people who i been dealing with since August through September about getting my money of 269.00 off my card. They told me if i got the card they would take off the money and put it on the new card. Which it never happen, so I talked with SSI office and they told me thats my money and you need to give it to me as ASAP. Or i will file an complaint against you and your company with the BBB and i will get my way or another. Ill be waiting for my check in the mail address for Sue Inman at. 4116. 1 2. Back of. Howard Ave Sacramento CA 95820. I dont want to hear any more excuses what the customer services people have to say. So do your job or else i will do my job of getting my money. Im tried of waiting, so you need to get busy and send me my money. You have one week to send me my money, or else i will file a complaint. Get busy do your job or i will do my job.
