My complaint:
Ryanair employee didn’t take me in a plane even though i have my Schengen visa and UK transit visa. Therefore I missed my conference, education program and my accommodation. Also I ve been humiliated in the crowd and my friends.
Your employee was so rude to me even without any concrete reason.
I had to buy flight tickets again for next day as well as highest price. And I ve already claimed this issue to airport management office. Also I want to claim this issue to court as a next step if I don’t get any response from you.
I kindly asking your immediate attention for this matter.

I am looking to have my material and immaterial compansation.
