My complaint:
Coors lite ran a lengthy promotion to enter codes found in their packages onto their website to redeem for merchandise. I built up a substantial amount of points and yet every time I tried to redeem them for merchandise every thing was listed as sold out. The few items that I was able to “redeem” have never been delivered. Not the promotion is over and the redemption portal is closed. Either the promotion is a scam or it is run by a bunch of incompetents. I tried complaining directly to CL but after several attempts all I got was an unknown error has occurred.
Suggested solution:
Ship the products and get more products to sastify everyone’s points that they have accrued.
