My complaint:
Hermes were suppose to deliver parcels from Matalan to us.
The parcels were collected from matalan on the 12 and 13th of may 2019.
The parcels were supposed to be delivered to us on the 15th and 16th of May 2019 by Hermes.
This is the problem Hermes claims they were delivered and signed for.
Where our company is based there are cameras and we have checked with security and provide hermes a copy of the email to show no delivery were made.
Suggested solution:
That they refund the money for the goods so we can reorder the goods for our customer and our customer will not be out of pocket. As we are a small business
