My complaint:

Ordered meals for the family using the mcdonalds app , none of the meals came with the chips, there is literally no easy way to message order on the mcdonalds app that there is missing items so they can deliver the chips. No contact numbers on the app either for any help , so search google got the mcdonalds number they tell me to ring uber eats, so i rang uber eats and this is the most weird and frustrating thing ever, they ask for my mobile number and i give them the number and they say its not on the system , i check the online reciept that came with the e-mail and the correct phone number is on the reciept and read it out several times and rang again to get someone different but still they cant help me at all because im not on the system with the right phone number even though i am actually using the right phone number. Now im fuming because i want what i actually paid for not being fobbed off.

Give me what i ordered or a refund
