My complaint:
Just been through the Drive Thru and ordered a chicken McNuggets Happy meal and a cheeseburger. Drove to the window and my cheeseburger wasn’t handed over. I queried this and was told that it was inside the box with the happy meal itself.
Once home, I discovered that, although the hamburger was there, the nuggets hadn’t been put in. Obviously, I could drive back but it is not worthwhile for 4 nuggets.
It is really frustrating especially as I queried this and there have been a number of occasions in the past where orders have been incorrect and I e had to go back.
How can such a simple order be done incorrectly? I could understand it if it was a lengthy, complex order. It just smacks of a lack of care and attention.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate a voucher for the happy meal that I can redeem on my next visit.
