My complaint:
Evri misplaced my parcel. I’ve been asked to contact the retailer, however this were personal items sent by dad through my cousin. They’ve failed to get in contact or tell me what the next steps are.
Suggested solution:
Give me money for the materials and the sewing of the materials. Very frustrating and unhelpful bunch.
