My complaint:

I was informed on Friday Jan. 4th 2019 that my pending direct deposit was going to be available today the 5th. I was depending on this for funeral expenses this weekend and now they are saying that I have to wait till Tuesday the 8th for my funds to be available.I need help please.

Suggested solution:

release my funds so I can pay for the funeral
