My complaint:
They say there’s a schedule to file!! I follow that schedule and I’m finding myself calling around 700 times a day literally !!! I have filled out all my information online a week ago!! and I am stuck on my employer information!! It says click here to answer questions about your employer so you click there and it does absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!! It will not let me finalize my information and I’m so close! I have been off work for almost 3 weeks now and spend every single day from 8 to 5 trying to get into this system or trying to call !!! this is absolutely ridiculous!
