My complaint:
I moved here from New Jersey to Florida and working as nurse I ended up with kidney stone and bladder infection the ER physician regional would not accept my out of state insurance and two weeks later I received a outstanding balance of 5000 which I could not afford and they sent my claim to this law company and they summon me threatening to take me to court if I did not make a payment plan as low as $80 a month and I have been paying 3 years and bill is still 3000 plus I have health insurance now but do not make enough to cover all my expenses and they will not help I need help with this payment plan and they will not allow anything less than $80 a month or threaten to sue me .
Suggested solution:
Please help me understand my rights and lower my repayment to $25 a month .
