My complaint:

For the last two weeks I had to wait at least 5 minutes for a cashier to take my order at the Sunridge Way location. I usually arrive between 6 and aim and when I get there, all the staff is in the back taking care of the drive thru window and no one is even concerned about people waiting at the till. The bell rings when people enter, so there is no excuse. I have stopped going there now and just walk to Tim Hortons where the service is normal.

Suggested solution:

Someone at the till at a reasonable time. Early morning hours.
