My complaint:
Just how many negative comments and loss of customers due to the manager of the Applebee’s in Oshkosh Wisconsin does it take for you to respond and DO SOMETHING? Either replace this incompetent dictator with a Napolean complex or continue too lose business until they must shut their doors.
Suggested solution:
Either get his guy in some serious long-term training, or replace him for the good of the corporation. My preference would be the latter. I know it's hard to get people to work, but this manager is doint Applebee's a serious disservice and driving away business -- just look at the reviews.
