My complaint:

I went to the airport with the luggage it was permitted and written to my flight ticket but made me pay for an extra one (of course the one of 20kg even if I could pay for the one of 10kg) I sent several complaints to the company and they did not even have the kindness to reply to me.
At the airport they told me that because they were too busy I would have to pay to continue with the flight process and then I could arrange it with the company (of course that did not happened). I know the amount of money is not that high but I cannot understand why I have to pay 40e extra for something I have already paid and because it was ryanar’s fault that wrote or thought something different. I think this is a strategy to take more money.

I would like a refund, I am a client of the company and I really use its services and although I always try to be really careful with the rules they put, they made me pay more. The most frustrating is that they never replied back to any of the complaints I sent. So as I use ryanair to flight through Europe even a 50e coupon for a travel in the future it could be acceptable
