My complaint:
i booked a flight to Dublin on 19 of September when i booked my flight there was nothing to say about my bag i tuck the same bag i have taking for years when i was boarding i was told i had to pay 25 pounds as i did not have Proiriarty had i know that i would have done so i have been flinging with Ryan Air since it started i am 72 years and go to Dublin 3 times a year and im not happy
Suggested solution:
i would like my money back as i did mot know
