My complaint:

I have 3 Grandchildren visiting me from South Carolina and they love Taco Bell. I decided to stop at Taco Bell after leaving church; I was impressed with this Taco Bell located at the 4430 Broad Street, I visited it when it first opened. Shortly after ordering our meal and sitting down to eat, one of the staff came out to take a break without clocking out. another staff person came out and ordered the young man to clock out for his break. He stated if I have to clock out every F——- time for mu breaks every body here has to clock out. The two exchanged words and the other staff person clocked out.
This was when the store manager came out and began using all kinds of profanity from mother———, F——ing,F—-; and much more. The manager was yelling and using every word of profanity I’ve ever heard in my entire life.
Trying to sit and finish our meal the yelling and cussing got extreamly loud and worst. I could sit no long. I went to one of the worker who at that time on break and let him know I was there with my Grandchildren I do not use this type of language and don’t like it being used around my Grandchildren. I paid over $20.00 for our meal and I it was really uncomfortable sitting there with my family listening to management and their staff arguing, using profanity in front of their customers. I would have left but my children wanted to eat I will not be visiting that Taco Bell ever again, I don’t know what will happen the next time and I don’t want to be in the mist of this kind of anger.

Suggested solution:

I feel this company needs to re train their staff on costumer service and their language
