My complaint:
I purchased 1800 spins and somehow my internet connection was lost and my money and spins are gone. I have literally spent thousands of dollars on this game and this has never happened.
Suggested solution:
Give me the spins and maybe some extra for inconvenience. I've spent the money and would again.
