My complaint:

I shopped at this store November 5th @6 and spent $95 – after getting home (due to football practice it was after closing) and realized I was missing a bag of purchased items. I called today November 6th @12 to see if it was still there – the gentleman said no and there is no way to fix my problem…. I’m guessing the cashier forgot to give it to me and probably gave to the next customer- if this doesn’t get fixed and I have to re buy my items I will never shop there again and will take this public- is this really the policy- the customer looses and buys twice??

I want a refund or the items replaced
