My complaint:
At the Alaska TSA check in in SMF (Sacramento, CA) even I have paid extra for pre-flight check in, I had to take off my shoes, etc. and my bags open and re-locked. When I retrieved my bags at Boise, ID, One of my two yellow Magellan combination locks was gone!!!!!!
The Sacramento TSA agent was not properly trained!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
I want to be reimbursed for the lost lock which currently sells for $60.00.
Also, an apology for the agent being unkindly to an elder lady (I am 80 years old).
TSA agents have to be more considerate of older people. They built this country so that they have more job opportunities!
TSA needs to improve their people skills!
They must remember that it’s the older people that built America ...
