Samsung complaint: lost food due to faulty refrigerator.

My complaint:

my Samsung refrigerator model RF261BEAESR has been building up ice in back of fridge and leaking water underneath the bottom tray where u store lunch meat etc.. which has resulted in the fridge temps rising and spoiling the food inside the refrigerator. I had a appliance repair company come out two different times, first time they had me thaw out my fridge for 24hours before they arrived. Then they replaced the drain clip with a bigger longer one. well that only worked for about 3 months. soo they came out again and said that there is nothing but issues with Samsung refrigerators doing this and the next step is to order a new computer board and one other thing which would cost over $600 and they couldn’t gurantee me it would solve the problem because they have done it for other customers and a few months later they would have the same issue. So instead of doing that we instead said no more Samsung and purchased a new kitchen aid fridge last week.

Suggested solution:

I would like some kind of refund for my Samsung fridge I had to junk after only 4 12 years which is ridiculous for a $1500 product!
