My complaint:
My game has been glitching since the second week of September, I have sent so many emails I’ve lost count. Whenever I’m able to play the game my spins and coins disappear. I have spent some of my own money in the game and it still takes my spins or coins. On Oct 14,3029 I won the attack madness tournament 1.2 billons coins and 1.5 billion and was never credited and no response from them after I sent an email.
Suggested solution:
Better customer service, as the consumer we need consistency when spending our hard earn money on this game. These people have become very comforted with not helping us and it’s frustrating. Either do better or shut the game down!’
