My complaint:
I accessed cash app flow to get assistance adding a personal cash tag time my device. I followed the flow through the app. I worked with support and failed. The cash tag still does not work and I lost $1494.09 $365.00 from cash app directly. Then $1500 out of my Wells Fargo. I open a ticket but it’s been closed many times with no resolve.
Suggested solution:
I need my money back. It’s not in my cash all or in my Wells Fargo.
