My complaint:

We booked a holiday in a gold hotel,we were not told that the hotel was closing for the season on the last day of our holiday. the last few days was like being in a ghost town, the food went downhill, we did not know what we were eating as nothing was labelled and it all looked the same, there was flies in the restaurant not very hygienic. on the last night there was no reps from Thompson on site, they had all gone out on a booze up,there was a lot of complaints coming from the other guest who were left at the hotel.we all felt let down and deserted
