My complaint:
My husband went to the Save A Lot in Knox this morning. Their ad featured 80% lean ground beef @ $2.99 lb and fresh pork butts @ $1.49 lb. There were no packages in the meat counter, so my husband inquired about getting some of the advertised specials. An employee went to the butcher and my husband could hear the butcher telling her, I am not cutting any pork butts this morning for$1.49 per lb!. that was extremely rude and poor business ethics!
Suggested solution:
He should have said it would be a few minutes and accommodated the request for the meats that were advertised!
