My complaint:

Ordered April 7th, expected to arrive by 1st week of May which was questionable for me to buy from them. Now, after going back on my purchase email I find it won’t arrive till another month later, June 2nd. First of all there is a lack of communication with the company and its customers about the delivery of any item. The web page has no specific way for any customer to find a way to contact them. I had to go on line and look for a number off site. Even this complaint is in another off site area not their own site. This company shows a warehouse full of merchandise, is it fake? I don’t feel this company has commitment to any customer on delivery. If this company can do 2 day delivery on some items why can’t I receive my order as mentioned on time.
I can’t enjoy my new Kayaks until I get my VESTS.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

June 2nd is getting too late for me to WAIT for the vests.
If I can't receive my order within the original time given, I will purchase them locally and pay more. You took my money on April 7th and I want my items as promised.
If I don't get any communication on my email NOW about my complaint, and receive my items in the original time given (1st week of May), I will CANCEL this order and want a full REFUND!!
