On the afternoon of the 8th of December at 4:15pm I grabbed a menu and placed my order with the manager on duty. Very young dark haired girl can’t recall her name. Turkey and dressing dinner with fries and mashed potatoes with turkey gravy on all. The ticket was ran at 4:20pm. Come 4:55pm I had to ask where my dinner was. 5 minutes later she brings my bag. Something told me to check it. I had rice instead. Told her to give me my money back. After going back to the hotel next door and had a chance to cool off I call over there and told her I wanted the same dinner. Except I wanted seasoned fries instead of regular fries. She proceeded to tell me that would be a 75 cent increase. Now proper customer service would dictate that she would have given me my meal after waiting 35 minutes for a to go meal that didn’t have to be cooked. You pull it off the hot line and put it in a box. Only thing cooked was the fries. No. She was going to charge me for it. Guess they don’t want my return business. And I will be putting this on social media. Can they afford more bad complaints? Don’t think so.
I want my meal as the convenient stores only have hot dogs etc...and now with dessert. And someone teach or explain to this young manager what customer service is all about.
