My complaint:
I bough mini washing mashine from Kogan shop online,when I receive the product I was not satisfied with product. I try to return back this product and follow the instruction online for printing the lay bel and return back I fill all boxes but the system could not find the product ,name ,number ,serial number not meath.
I try to contact Kogan via phone but I was told this is only for mobile services.
I don’t find any direct email address to contact Kogan.
Suggested solution:
Return my money back!
