My complaint:
For three of the four days we was there we could not get any TV working in the caravan as it was raining. Also also we have two children with autism rely on routine and when they could not watch the TV programmes first thing in the morning when there was up, just made or stay even worse, just wondered if there’s anyone out there that could help us as we only have one holiday year who just seems to be like it’s been ruined now I spoke to the staff and they just said there was nothing they could do about it while I was there, we had to make a complaint online
Suggested solution:
I have the money back for the holiday so we could book elsewhere or 3 nights in a caravan with a working tv
