My complaint:
I bought a used 2015 Kia Soul the engine is gone bad there was no indication light or anything. I’ve read they other people have had the same problem. There should be a recall on the 2.0 engines also. I still have about 4 12 yrs to pay my car off. I need help I’ve only had my car for approx 6 Mos
Suggested solution:
To have Kia replace the engine.
We have the same problem. They say they sent out a notice in 2018 to get something fixed, we never got the notice and when we took the car in (same year & model) there wasn’t anything on the computer that we hadn’t had it fixed. It didn’t show up on our dealership computer till 2 or 3 days after the car was towed there.
