My complaint:

I came to Norwood KFC in Cincinnati Ohio on Montgomery road drive threw to order a $20 box fill up as my family was very hungry the lady in the Drive-Thru was very rude didn’t say anything to me when I got to the window are once she gave me the food and rush me threw the line once I get home I checked the food and the bones were sticking out of all my meat food was very soggy she didn’t give me a choice between original or crispy so I called back to speak to the manager the manager didn’t get on the phone and the lady that picked up the phone just hung up in my face try to call back a couple times no one answer April 7th around 3:40 to 4 o clock I would love to show pictures but I had to go to work and didn’t have time to take pictures I called and tried to speak to someone about it and they hung right up in my face so I don’t really know what my family did if they ate the food or not but when I get off I will find out horrible experience I think that the Shifts are run un professionally that’s a people in the drive thru don’t really like their job the manager should have came resolved all of that but wouldn’t even get on the phone

Suggested solution:

I really don't want anything in return I just want the franchise to no what type of people they have in their running the shift employees as well as managers employees seem like they don't care or like that job especially the girl that was in the drive thru and the manager didn't take the matter serious as they wouldn't come to the phone and when I called they said they stepped out for a minute kinda don't want the food replace because I don't trust them and don't know what they would do to the food that I would pick up as I love kfc but as long as they employee like the lady in the drive threw are the manager I won't return to that locations sucks because it's so close to my house
