My complaint:
The cigarettes are not good, they burn out and I keep having to light it, the tobacco in them are think lumps mostly and the heads full off. Me and my husband smoke them and have done for years , we pay a lot of money for them and they have definitely changed whereas they are not made to the standards they used to be. If it was food I complaining about or any other product I would take them back to the shop but with cigarettes you can’t seem to just take them back. I think this is a rip of considering the money I pay. You should consider reimbursement of some sort or a supply of new cigarettes to replace the ones I have had to throw away.
Suggested solution:
You need to consider the way these are being made and be more thoughtful of the customers buying them . You need to test them in detail before selling them at the price cigarettes are these day. I have wasted a lot of cigarettes due to the way they are being made these days. I think you should reimburse me with better quality cigarettes to replace the poor quality ones I have had over the few months.
