My complaint:
I have smoked players all my life I am 54 years old and on a fixed income today I went to the store and bought 2 packs of John players rich king size go home opened one it took my breath away tried another one same so I broke a few apart the whole pack full of long hard sticks this is nuts at $18:50 a pack totally unexceptionable this garbage made my day it sickens me when people are getting ripped off like this took them back to the store they told me I have to contact the company so here we are fucking bullshit,’,……………..
Suggested solution:
They could send me the packs I payed for that would be nice
