My complaint:
While I was in your store on 11720 @ approx. 8:45 pm. I overheard someone talking rather loud. I got to the register to see that the employee ( i believe her name was Naja) was on her personal cell phone on a face to face video chat using inappropriate language, such as the F words as well as others…I’m not perfect but I do know that people should not use their phones during working hours or be talking like that!!!…I was very disgusted as well as another shopper who had walked out without making her purchase…I will not be going there again if I see her working!!!
Suggested solution:
I will leave it up to your discretion on how to handle the situation, just thought you should know what kind of people are working for you!!
