My complaint:

I ordered a lovely moon lamp from the website after my dad suddenly passed away the lamp was for my mum after being married for 60 years its a long time so obliviously she wanted something there all the time
The lamp stopped charging as the charger was broken
I have sent email after email asking for a new charger but nothing my mum is very upset as now she cant have the lamp alight which seems to be a waste of money she has had it back in the box now for about a month unable to use it

Suggested solution:

All i want is a new charger sent i dont want it for nothing i will pay for it
