My complaint:

call for reservations reservations they told us that the price will be to 5038 we got to the hotel they charged us two different prices for one different night they overcharge us $48.63 they charged us 122 99 for 1 night 8999 for the next night 37 has a $0.40 tax they took after NetSpend card a total of $299 in which was not explained to us and they were told we were told that they were only taking 254 that was supposed to be with a senior discount we were never able to get in contact with the supervisor they were always gone they had one young lady that was there from the time we got there to the time we left we tried to get it resolved ask for manager and we’ve never gotten any since we’ve got home we’ve call and we still didn’t get anyone

We would like for the money to be put back on the card that was taken off that was not in the charge we would like for them to have charged us what they said because we believe there to be one price and it was another they said on the reservation one price for we got to the hotel they told us another price and when we got the receipt and had a whole totally different price
