Complaint: I never received my pizza I delivered

My complaint:

This evening on the 9th I order 2 med pizza and a veggie sandwich. I ordered for delivery at 6:44 I paid delivery fee and I even tip the driver. Around 8:30 I called the location asking them what the eta was on my pizza I was told that my order was for carry out I informed the lady on the phone to let me speak to manager she then put someone else on the phone a lady who told me they were busy and backed up but I ordered carry out. I told her that wasn’t so and I already asked for a manager. She told me to hold then came back to the phone and said the manager canceled my order I will get it back on my card when n 7 days. I told her this was unnaceptable. I asked again to speak with manager she then put coral on the phone (manager) who was of no help at all. She told me the same thing never offered a resolution. I told her I’m out of town on business ordering food for my kids. Now they’re not eating . And I have to wait 7 days for 31 dollars to go back on my card !! She told me to contact corporate because corporate handles these situations. Meanwhile my kids never received pizza. I will never order from Domino’s again !!!!

Coral should have said ma’am we are extremely busy. I do apologize for the computer error.but we will try Abe expedite this order for you. It may take some time but I will make sure it’s delivered!! Since you paid a delivery fee. My apologies. No resolution was offered at all. I’m a manager I work around food and I know it get hectic at times but in order to receive repeat business you have to offer a solution to the guest.
