My complaint:

I was told that a notification textemail would be sent me after applying for a Schengen Visa at French Embassy.
I did not get any notification up until i sent email to them requesting for an update on my application. i was informed that my document is ready on Friday 28th of September and i went for collection on Monday 1st of October only to see the Visa issued to me expired on 30th September.
After losing my transport fee and Accommodation fees paid.

Desired solution:

i would want to be re-issue a valid Visa
