My complaint:

I have been trying to reach a greendot representative for a month straight NO ANSWER!!! I received my first stimulus on my green dot card and expecting my second one but I lost my card. I don’t remember my login info so it’s not much I can do. I emailed greendot and their response had nothing to do with what I was asking about. I have more than one greendot account. All I need is a new card for the account my money is going to be deposited on but I can’t get any help. They had me on the phone waiting for 2 hours then every time they hang up. Greendot is scamming people and it’s not right
